With a strong background as a head chef, he has worked across various establishments including pubs, hotels and large events centres through to class 1 facilities such as aged care and hospitals. While Kevin has a broad range of experience his true passion has always been in fine dining and providing an enriched customer experience of the highest calibre. This extensive hands-on experience provides him with comprehensive knowledge and insights into all aspects of the hospitality industry.

– Head Chef Experience: Kevin has held the position of head chef in several establishments, where he successfully managed kitchen operations, developed innovative menus, and ensured high-quality food production. His expertise spans from managing small cafes to large-scale events, maintaining consistency and efficiency at all times.
– Front of House Experience: In addition to his culinary expertise, Kevin has also taken on front of house and staff training roles, allowing him to understand and effectively manage the entire customer experience. – Management Roles: Kevin has showcased his strong leadership skills by taking on management roles within various establishments. Bryce completed an apprenticeship as a chef while studying his Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting. Working across various hospitality settings as he continued his academic journey Bryce completed a master’s in economics and now undertakes market research within the health care and hospitality industries. He offers a range of business and economic consulting services.
Marvin brings over 10 years graphic designing experience to the team providing innovative and bespoke solutions to promote client’s business and offer a unique and striking branding to set them apart from the market.
